CANCELLATION POLICY
Things happen ! If you need to cancel please contact me ASAP. If you cancel within 36 hours of your appointment a 50% fee will be charged. Any cancelations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service booked. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. Reschedule policy is the same as Cancelation Policy. If you are 15+ minutes late it will be treated as a no show. All Permanent Jewelry cancelation/reschedules within 36 hours will have a $40 fee
